Crystal Reports 2008 Service Pack 0, and subsequent releases, don't include graduated colors in charts. Therefore, the Tip at the bottom of the page doesn't apply. The Apply Flat Colors and Apply Shaded Colors pop-up menu options are not available.

 Date/Time Formatting Strings Table, Page 888
Format strings are case-sensitive. As such, the Dd, Ddd, Dddd, Yy, Yyyy, Hh, Mm, Ss, and Tt strings are all incorrect (they were mistakenly capitalized by the original word processor). All these formatting strings should consist entirely of lower-case letters.
